Tabletop Crisis Management Workshops Series (Multi-Scenarios)
How does this course differ from others?
Usually, during normal operational situation, most hotels and resorts will focus mainly on fire & evacuation training and some few more fire life safety related practices as required by each location legally. However, as we all have already learned from Covid-19 crisis, the unexpected threat is something we all must be prepared for.
Therefore, this workshop is designed based on several real scenarios happening to each type of business (i.e. shooting, suicide, etc.) with real time action required from each Department Head, during the session, to reflect the real pressure and decision making limitations which will also help identify the quality of existing crisis and/or emergency management guideline available within each organization.
What will you learn?
This workshop will provide opportunity for your management team to put both their knowledge & the existing crisis management guideline (if there is any) to a test.
At the end of the session, both strengths and weaknesses of each department/ business unit will be analysed and any unclear responses from the team will, then, need to be rectified through short-term/long-term action plan creation, in order to ensure the readiness of all parties/departments involved.
