How does this curriculum differ from others?

It doesn't matter what kind of building you are taking care of, residence, hotel, resort or apartment, one thing that you can no longer avoid is managing health & sanitation system to ensure the highest level of safety for your clients, especially after the epidermic of Covid-19, which has made "Wellness", one of the most important buying/booking factors.
